Choose the Sorli Emocions Hotel**** option, and your day begins with a delightful Spanish cold breakfast, available from 7:00, allowing ample time to savor the meal.

The first training session commences at 09:00. We recommend thorough preparation: apply ample sunscreen, bring a towel, a dry T-shirt, quality Padel shoes, and a Padel racket (available upon request). We’ll supply enough water and more. The initial session concludes around 11 noon.

Enjoy a delightful small snack from 11:00 to 12:00 on the Emocions Restaurant terrace, nestled between the hotel and Padel courts. Select a tasty small snack from the menu starting at €4 for bread with your preferred topping. After your meal, relax at the refreshing Infinity Pool atop the restaurant and hotel or utilize your room facilities and the Wellness Center. For body treatments like massages, kindly reserve in advance.

The second training commences between 12:00 and 12:30, lasting for 2 hours, depending on the day’s conditions. Afterwards, engage in technical and tactical discussions, addressing queries while enjoying a refreshing drink. You have the option to take a dip in the pool or, if preferred, unwind in your room—whatever suits you best.

Make the most of your afternoon and evening at your leisure. For lunch and dining suggestions, we’re here to help – whether it’s in the hotel, at the beach (1 km away), various ports nearby, or at Barcelona city center. Note that most restaurants open in the afternoon around 13:00 and in the evening at approximately 21:30, extending into the early morning hours. To bridge the gap until then, like many locals, you can savor small Tapas around 18:00.

What Do You Need to Consider?

You, your partner, and/or your group can check in at Emocions Hotel or one of the available villas from 14:00 hours the day before arrival. Upon departure, please vacate your room by noon on the day following the last night specified in your booking. Extend your stay to explore Barcelona, relax on the beach, or unwind at the hotel. Additional details can be provided during the booking process.

We provide a standard package with a minimum of 3 nights and a maximum of 6 nights. If you wish to extend your stay at the hotel, please inform us via email; we are flexible. Upon check-out, you can leave your bags at the reception throughout the day. If your departure aligns with your last day of Intensive Padel Training, you can bring your bags to the Padel courts for added convenience.

Best Practice

Arrive in your Padel gear by 09:00 AM. Pack extra clothes for the intensive sessions. We provide water and feel free to ask any questions. Apply sunscreen and wash your hands for a better grip.

Keep in mind, that training begins sharply at 09:00 and concludes around 14:00, possibly followed by a Spanish-style Happy Hour lasting until 17:00 or beyond.
